Great question! Sheetz is open 24/7/365, so shifts can vary. Every store team member job posting will include the shift hours we are hiring for at the store location you're interested in.

Clock 37.5 hours of work per week! Working this amount of hours (or more) weekly is considered full time for Non-Management store positions.

Yes. All of our store employees are asked to work a 4-hour shift on holidays, but we compensate extra for your effort. You'll get 1.5x pay on holidays, and 2x on Christmas!

It depends! Weekends aren't required for all positions. Check out the specific role you're applying to for more information.

It depends! Schedules are based on each store's current available hours. If you have specific questions or needs, chat about it with the hiring manager during your interview.

Both! There's no boring shifts on this team, because all store employees are cross trained to do it all in our stores.

Our assessments are only required once per year! If you have already taken one within the last 12 months, you're all set. Your previous score will recalculate for your new application.

Nope! You only have to complete our assessment once every 12 months.

We want to make sure our employee feel fully prepared to take on their day, so we make sure the training plan covers everything you will need! Our store employees will begin their training through computer-based courses and then dive into hands-on training.

You bet! We start paying your hourly wage during training.

We provide you with a t-shirt and hat or visor, and you get to wear your own black pants or jeans. Footwear must be solid in structure, fit properly, and have rubber or non-slip soles.

Facial hair is permitted, and beards, goatees and mustaches should not exceed 1/4 inch. Nail polish is great, but it must be on natural nails only. Facial piercings, eyebrow piercings, and microdermal piercings are fair game, but are limited to no more than 3 inch combination.

Yep! Visible, non-offensive arm, hand and neck tattoos (including full sleeve tattoos) are A-OK! However, tattoos with sensitive or offensive content must be covered, along with throat and face tattoos.

Sure thing! As long as the store you want to transfer into has hours available, you'll be welcomed at the new store location.

For all non-store jobs, the interview process will typically start with a phone screen, followed by one or two in-person interviews before the final selection.

Working 30+ hours per weeks gives you access to our full benefits offering. Part-time employees working below 30 hours are also eligible for select benefit plans.

Our benefit plan, much like our food, is Made-to-oder. We offer our employees a tiered benefit plan so they you can select the best option for YOUR medical and budget needs.

Paid time off is based on your position and years of service and can be used for vacation, personal time, sick days etc. Employees can carry over 200 hours of unused time to the following year."

We pay up to $5250 annually, or $2,625 per semester, toward school bills. Employees must maintain a grade point average of 3.0 or better for the semester. Employees also must work a total of 416 hours within a 6-month period prior to the final date of their semester to be eligible.

It depends! We offer relocation for select roles. Be sure to ask your recruiter during the application/interview process if the role you are interested in is eligible.

We run a summer internship program with job postings going live on our site in the previous fall.
