CLI Ground Facility Maintenance/Truck Wash

Location: CLI Transport - Duncansville, PA



Responsible for equipment readiness of trucks and trailers as related to cleanliness, fueling, and fluid levels as needed.  Responsible for grounds maintenance


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (other duties may be assigned)

  1. Wash the exterior of the equipment by effectively using the automatic and pressure wash bays.
  2. Perform tasks to maintain the interior and exterior cleanliness of the trucks and trailers.
  3. Hand wash as needed including hand cleaning of wheels, polishing chrome furl tanks, blackening tires, etc. as needed.
  4. Perform refueling at the fuel island.
  5. Check and maintain all fluid levels including DEF and add as needed.
  6. Maintain daily records to reflect refueling, fluid levels. Washing etc. as needed.
  7. Maintain facility cleanliness, preventative maintenance, general maintenance, and grounds maintenance as assigned.
  8. Make special deliveries and pick-ups utilizing non-DOT vehicle.
  9. Move, equipment to and from automatic truck wash, fuel island and parking spaces on Company property
  10. Couple and uncouple power units / trailers

REQUIREMENTS: (Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered)

The education, experience and license/certification requirements represent the MINIMUM requirements necessary to perform the functions of this position successfully.



High School / GED / Sheetz training




5 years of driving experience



Valid Driver’s License with Clean MVR


Tools & Equipment (Other than general office equipment)

Hand tools (hammer, measuring devices, wrench, level, etc.)

Landscaping tools (chain saw, leaf blower, weed eater, lawn mower etc.)

Motorized equipment (generators, pressure washer, fork lift etc.)

Heavy Equipment (Loader and Attachments, lift, etc.)
