Temporary HR Pre-Hire Administrator

Location: Sheetz Corporate - Claysburg, PA



Provide assistance to hiring managers to ensure that pre-hire/hire processes are followed and prospective employees are provided with assistance as necessary throughout the processes.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (other duties may be assigned)
  1. Monitor the drug and background screening process for all pre-hires within the company.
  2. Assist all prospective employees as they are going through the pre-hire process.
  3. Promptly respond to customer inquiries regarding their online applications or reasoning for ineligibility.
  4. Assist Store Managers and Hiring Managers with the pre-hire process.
  5. Assist with payroll changes as needed.
  6. Answer any questions employees may have in regards to career transitions within the company.
  7. Provide department back-up to cover vacations and other time off.

REQUIREMENTS: (Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered)

  • High School Diploma / GED
  • 1 year experience in HR preferred
  • None required
