Temporary HR Compliance Administrator

Location: Sheetz Corporate - Claysburg, PA



Provide support to Total Rewards department with various administrative tasks and projects.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (other duties may be assigned)

  1. Provide assistance with various compensation and compliance processes within the people data system.
  2. Assist with analysis for store employee bonus on a quarterly basis. 
  3. Scan and index of various documents for Total Rewards team
  4. Administer the social security verification process
  5. Review terminated employee files and process accordingly in the appropriate systems.
  6. Update employee demographics into HCM system as needed.
  7. Manage the anniversary card process for store uniforms
  8. Answer Human Resources Administration related phone calls.
  9. Complete government reports for compensation as needed.

REQUIREMENTS: (Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered)


  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred
