Store Solutions Tech Support Representative II - 1st Shift

Location: Sheetz Corporate - Claysburg, PA

 

Shift: 5:30AM-3:30PM and/or 6:30AM-5PM, 4 days a week with rotating weekends.

Works out of Operations Support Center in Claysburg, PA.

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION:

Provide escalated technical & operational support for all store level technology systems and applications, using the knowledge documents and/or standard scripts, reference guides and procedures.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (other duties may be assigned)

  1. Possess skilled knowledge of store level technologies, and of the operational processes the technologies support.
  2. Serve as escalated resource for handling store level technical issues. May provide escalation assistance to other Store Support team members
  3. Identify technical support trends requiring immediate attention and perform root cause analysis
  4. Monitor system performance alerts and notify appropriate management when anomalies are found. Develop SOPs to monitor and handle these issues.
  5. Develop & maintain technical support documentation.
  6. Review and recommend modifications to procedures and processes to the Store Solutions Management team
  7. Provide on-the-job training to new team members.
  8. Perform new stores set ups/configurations and work with IT & on site resources to test equipment.


REQUIREMENTS: (Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered)

Education

  • High School Diploma/GED/Sheetz Training required

Experience

  • Minimum 4 years Help Desk/Call Center experience required
