Store Solutions Customer Service Representative

Location: Sheetz Corporate - Claysburg, PA

 

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION:

Answer incoming calls from customers to answer inquiries and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (other duties may be assigned)
  1. Answer calls professionally and route calls to the appropriate resources.
  2. Respond to customers’ inquiries via telephone or email when necessary.
  3. Research required information using available resources and technology.
  4. Maintain customer records by updating loyalty account information.
  5. Identify and escalate priority issues.
  6. Perform follow up customer calls/emails when necessary.
  7. Assist employees and customers with access to corporate websites.
  8. Complete call logs and compile reports.
  9. Provide on-the-job training for new employees.

REQUIREMENTS: (Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered)
