Store Development Regional Project Coordinator

Location: Sheetz Corporate - Claysburg, PA

 

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION:

Provide support services to real-estate and entitlement within a Regional department within Store Development. Assist the Director of real-estate and Regional Entitlement manager with all budgeting, Scheduling, and support functions.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (other duties may be assigned)
  1. Responsible for entering all budget and schedule changes into project management software for assigned region.
  2. Prepare project progress reports highlighting potential project schedule delays not in alignment with Store Development growth goals.
  3. Participate in project update calls to monitor project health against project schedules and provide updates to senior management.
  4. Maintain ongoing project schedule updates and changes within Project management software and report out on variances and changes.
  5. Prepare and maintain a balanced project schedule meeting internal department capabilities and timelines that aligns with Sheetz growth goals within assigned region.
  6. Maintain and prepare various reports within project management software and Tableau to effectively communicate attributes, schedules and costs of Store Development projects within assigned region.
  7. Administer Project management software and facilitate the training of the software to new employees and provide refresh tutorials for existing employees.
  8. Receive and code all invoices for assigned region.
  9. Responsible for all bonding work needed within assigned region.

REQUIREMENTS: (Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered)

Education
  • High school degree required
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
Experience
  • Minimum 3 years project management or administrative support experience required
  • Prior project scheduling experience in a construction environment preferred
