Software Engineer Intern

Location: Sheetz Corporate - Claysburg, PA

1. Define and analyze metrics, KPI’s and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) in alignment with strategic goals.
2. Implement and evaluate security controls for role-based user authentication, protecting confidential information.
3. Create technical documentation of the system architecture, system lifecycle and roadmap, and System management plan to include but not limited to Extraction, Transformation, and Load (ETL) processes; Application Programming Interfaces (APIs); Data Dictionary, and multiple React websites.
4. Collect and present business case the project to Leaders within the Organization.
5. Prepare and launch the IT Executive Dashboard into the IT Support Infrastructure.
6. Monitor system performance and usage and respond to incidents or problems associated with the Executive Dashboard.

Bachelor’s degree in progress in UX/UI; Information Systems; Computer Engineering; Computer Science, or related field

Previous internship experience preferred; No previous experience required
