HR Project Manager - HRIS

Location: Sheetz Corporate - Claysburg, PA



Provide project management support for the execution of projects within the HR Department as well as those that require collaboration across the organization, determine data collection efforts, report and analyze data and determine process improvement opportunities.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (other duties may be assigned)

  1. Guide assigned projects through the project lifecycle in accordance with customer satisfaction, schedule and budget targets.
    1. Creation/approval
    2. Monitoring/Adjustments to Plan/Reporting
    3. Implementation/Acceptance
    4. Closure/Post Mortem Reviews
  2. Schedule and facilitate project meetings to guide project to completion.
  3. Communicate project details (tasks, dependencies, schedules, etc.) to ensure ongoing alignment of projects across HR and the organization as appropriate.
  4. Facilitate and/or support the facilitation of root cause analyses necessary to ensure the viability of proposed process enhancement requests.
  5. Map processes and identify opportunities for process improvement.  Work with supervisor to determine an appropriate approach to process improvement and methods to measure the improvement.
  6. Support the collection of HR data by building and launching surveys and collecting and reporting results in alignment with our employee feedback strategy.  Work with larger team to determine the best approach to data analysis.  Facilitate and/or assist in the facilitation of design sessions as necessary.
  7. Support projects that require HR systems or process adaptations by building agile solutions that allow the project to move forward until a more formal solution can be implemented.
  8. Collect, monitor and report on metrics for assigned areas of HR.
  9. Provide support to metrics reporting.

REQUIREMENTS: (Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered)



  • A four-year degree in a business, engineering, data science or computer science related field required



  • Minimum of 2 years project management related experience; preference for support of projects related to business/IT/HR required
  • Process mapping/process improvement experience preferred
  • Experience with data analysis preferred



  • PMP or similar certification is preferred.
