Customer Loyalty Program Manager - Retail

Location: Sheetz Corporate - Claysburg, PA

 

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION:

Effectively manage and execute the operation of Sheetz loyalty programs and achieve projected sales and performance goals for the programs. Increase penetration of Mysheetz Card and maximize multi-channel touchpoints including email and mobile application. Improve the recency, frequency and spend of existing Sheetz customers.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (other duties may be assigned)
  1. Align area objectives with the company strategy.
  2. Collaborate with vendors, sales and purchasing managers to define and offer products for inclusion in the program.
  3. Continually re-evaluate the existing offer in order to deliver increasingly positive returns on investment and fortifying our customer relations through retention and acquisition.
  4. Calculate break/even and R.O.I. for new programs. Present recommendations to Consumer Engagement Manager regarding the future of projects and continually manage multiple program performance metrics lines and report MySheetz card and Partner program progress.
  5. Oversee all aspects of IT, Marketing and Merchandising of the MySheetz card program and guide new program enhancements, services and ideas from inception to market.
  6. Work closely with the Operations Department by soliciting feedback, cooperating, and gaining commitment for all tests, rollouts and on-going execution.
  7. Work closely with the Training Department by bringing them into the process during new program development so they are prepared to participate in the roll out of new programs.
  8. Stay abreast of extended Loyalty concepts, technology, applications and industry trends within (but not limited to) the Sheetz competitive landscape.
  9. Manage and maintain a comprehensive cross channel customer communications strategy to increase customer frequency and basket size through increased engagement in the program.
  10. Oversee the customer analysis and recommend programs to improve sales and increases customer retention and sales.

REQUIREMENTS: (Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered)

Education
    Bachelor’s degree in a business related field required
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years in Marketing or consumer retention experience required
  • Multi-channel marketing experience including creating marketing plans, campaigns and content development preferred
  • Program Analysis (ROI) and Presentation skills preferred
