HR Compliance Administrator - Temporary

Location: Sheetz Corporate - Claysburg, PA



Provide support to Total Rewards department with various administrative tasks and projects.  This will be a temporary assignment for at least 12 months.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (other duties may be assigned)

  1. Provide assistance with various processes within HCM system
  2. Scan and index of various documents for Total Rewards team
  3. Administer the social security verification process
  4. Review terminated employee files and process accordingly in the appropriate systems.
  5. Update employee demographics into HCM system as needed.
  6. Manage the anniversary card process for store uniforms
  7. Assist with the job description documentation in HR systems
  8. Answer Human Resources Administration related phone calls.
  9. Complete government reports for compensation as needed.

REQUIREMENTS: (Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered)


  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred


  • 1 year experience in HR required


  • None required
