Fresh Food Team Member I - Sanitation (2nd shift)
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION:Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of all areas within Sheetz Bros. Kitchen.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (other duties may be assigned)
- Common Areas – Clean and sanitize common areas.
- Bakery Cleaning – Clean and sanitize bakery areas.
- COP Tank – Clean processing aids and tools using the COP tank.
- RTE Production Lines – Clean and sanitize assembly and filling lines.
- Fryer Filtering – Filter fryer.
- Fryer Boilout – Boil out the fryer.
- Production areas – Clean all production areas and structures (walls, ceilings, floors, pillars, vents, lights, etc.)
REQUIREMENTS: (Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered)
Education
- High School Diploma/GED preferred
- No experience required
- Cleaning or sanitation experience preferred
- None required
