Fresh Food Team Member I - Sanitation (2nd shift)

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION:

Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of all areas within Sheetz Bros. Kitchen.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (other duties may be assigned)
  1. Common Areas – Clean and sanitize common areas.
  2. Bakery Cleaning – Clean and sanitize bakery areas.
  3. COP Tank – Clean processing aids and tools using the COP tank.
  4. RTE Production Lines – Clean and sanitize assembly and filling lines.
  5. Fryer Filtering – Filter fryer.
  6. Fryer Boilout – Boil out the fryer.
  7. Production areas – Clean all production areas and structures (walls, ceilings, floors, pillars, vents, lights, etc.)

REQUIREMENTS: (Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered)

  • High School Diploma/GED preferred

  • No experience required
  • Cleaning or sanitation experience preferred
