Executive Administrative Assistant - Strategy

Location: Sheetz Corporate - Claysburg, PA



Provide administrative support for the VP of Strategy & Information Technology along with supporting management staff with various duties and report generation.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (other duties may be assigned)
  1. Assist in keeping the VP’s/Senior Management schedule’s up to date, scheduling meetings, take meeting notes, flight/hotel arrangements, approving miscellaneous invoices, along with completing any special projects.
  2. Assist in duties as needed for the Bakery Square office.
  3. Approval of any hourly and salaried paid time off.
  4. Coordinate Special Events.
  5. Order/manage supplies for the administrative area along with reviewing/charging out the monthly invoices.
  6. P-card approval for VP and Senior Managers.
  7. Create and print business cards for the Strategy Department.
  8. Manage relevant Pages with recorded meetings, documentation etc.

REQUIREMENTS: (Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered)

    2 year degree in related field or relevant Sheetz experience preferred
    2 years experience in executive management support required
    Valid Driver’s License
