Digital Products Manager

Location: Sheetz Corporate - Claysburg, PA



Responsible for the strategic execution of various consumer digital initiatives to enhance convenience, strengthen the brand and maximize sales. Accountable for driving our consumer ordering systems (ShOP, online ordering, mobile, etc.) and ensures execution of any programs related to them. Manages the Food & Beverage product system (in 6e) to drive efficiencies and maximize profitability.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (other duties may be assigned)
  1. Maximize the development of internal talent through regular performance coaching, performance reviews and presenting developmental opportunities.<\li>
  2. Align area objectives with the strategic goals of the Department<\li>
  3. Monitor annual budgets for assigned area of responsibility to maximize profitability.<\li>
  4. Execute the strategic vision related to our various consumer digital initiatives; ensuring projects stay within time & budgetary constraints.<\li>
  5. Oversee the detailed definition of features related to our consumer digital systems and articulate those to the larger design and development teams from both technical and business perspectives. Continually analyze cost/benefit in decisions.<\li>
  6. Manage our Ordering Systems platforms (ShOP, ShOP Anywhere, etc.), Food & Beverage product system and personnel to ensure consumer ease of use, strengthen brand equity and maximize profitability.<\li>
  7. Work with cross functional IT teams in agreed upon sprint cadences to achieve desired results and ensure system availability, quality and security.<\li>
  8. Partner with other business units to achieve needed results. Provide collaborative solutions and exceptional communication across disciplines.<\li>
  9. Manage the Test & Learn process as it relates to consumer digital initiatives.<\li>
  10. Analyze all measurable trends and statistics from the various consumer digital platforms to evaluate successes, address opportunities and continually improve execution. Regularly report on findings.<\li>

REQUIREMENTS: (Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered)

    Bachelor Degree with an emphasis in Business, Marketing or Information Science required.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience delivering distributed technologies (websites, mobile apps, interactive software, etc) on an enterprise level required.
  • Minimum 4 years of project management experience working with cross-functional IT teams required.
  • Minimum 2 years supervisory experience required.
  • Understanding of effective interface design, usability principles, agile development methodologies and experience delivering multi-tier applications required.
  • Minimum 3 years of Marketing or sales experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of various e-Commerce concepts helpful. Including: online store design, credit processing, order fulfillment, product acquisition, transaction analysis, and customer service preferred.
  • Experience with digital signage and digital marketing technologies preferred.
