Customer Service Representative

Location: Sheetz Corporate - Claysburg, PA



Answer incoming calls from customers to answer inquiries, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (other duties may be assigned)
  1. Answer calls professionally and route calls to the appropriate resources.
  2. Respond to and follow up with customers’ in regard to inquiries & issues via telephone, email, or other methods of contact as necessary.
  3. Accurately and thoroughly document conversations with customers, placing emphasis on all necessary details pertaining to the issue.
  4. Research required information using available resources and technology.
  5. Maintain customer records by updating loyalty account information.
  6. Identify and escalate priority issues to Management.
  7. Assist employees and customers with accessing company websites and other applications.
  8. Provide on-the-job training for new employees.

REQUIREMENTS: (Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered)

    High School/GED required
    1 year Customer Service Experience preferred
