Senior Administrative Assistant (SDS Operations)

Location: Sheetz Distribution Services - Burlington, NC

Level: 5 



Provide the Operations Manager, Production Managers, and Department Managers with administrative support.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (other duties may be assigned)

  1. Input data for production, accuracy, and various other reports.
  2. Create, assemble, and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  3. Design, coordinate, print, and distribute Operations Newsletter.
  4. Coordinate meeting materials, including taking notes and distributing meeting agendas and minutes.
  5. Monitor and order necessary supplies; create Purchase Orders for the entire facility as needed.
  6. Prepare visually appealing informational postings and other business correspondence.
  7. Prepare materials for presentations.
  8. Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, answering the phone.
  9. Handle all petty cash for the facility.
  10. Calculate and record production and accuracy rates for various Operations departments.


REQUIREMENTS: (Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered)


  • High School Diploma/GED


  • 2 years experience in an administrative assistant role


  • None required
